1. Owner — create access
- Open emPOWER web admin and sign in or register.
- Start on Free HR (5 seats) unless sales has provisioned Paid HR or Full.
- Confirm your organisation name and invite at least one staff member with a shareable invite link.
2. Staff — install & sign in
- When Google Play is live, install PUNCH - Attendance, HR + Tasks (developer: emPOWER).
- Until Play is public: use the build your owner/admin shared via sales TEST channel — not a public APK page.
- Sign in with the same credentials / invite the owner created. Allow location (and camera for selfie punch if required).
3. First punch
- Open Punch from the home screen.
- Confirm GPS fix outdoors or near the site entrance.
- Capture selfie if your company requires it, then submit.
- You should see a clear success or rejection reason (accuracy, offline, policy).
4. Day-two habits
- Complete or create tasks assigned to you.
- Use basic leave / attendance self-service if enabled.
- Admins: review attendance on web; upgrade when you need salary, grace, trends, or continuous GPS.
5. When Free is not enough
Product CTAs say Upgrade to Paid HR for salary / grace / trends / GPS / seats beyond Free, and Upgrade to Full emPOWER for CRM, finance, stock, purchase, and quotations — never “Premium”.
