Punch (field)

• Open Punch, wait for a usable GPS fix, then submit.
• If your company requires selfie verification, capture a clear face photo before submit.
• On rejection, read the on-screen reason (accuracy, permission, policy, network) and retry.
• Continuous GPS monitoring (on-duty) is a Paid HR capability — Free users will see an upgrade path, not a broken punch.

Tasks

• View assigned tasks, open detail, mark complete, or create when permitted.
• Projects appear as a glimpse on HR packs — deep cost and file upload need Full emPOWER.

Attendance & leave

• Basic self-service attendance and leave are available on Free.
• Admins on Paid HR get stronger proof: grace rules, trends, and reports.

Paid HR (admin)

• Unlocks salary setup / payroll surfaces, company grace, punch location trends, continuous GPS opt-in, more seats, light analytics.
• Team = 25 seats included; Business = 100. Extra seats billed PEPM (see pricing).
• In product, the CTA is exactly Upgrade to Paid HR.

Full emPOWER

• CRM, finance, stock, purchase, quotations, and deeper project files are Full entitlements.
• Staff on HR-only packs should not see those modules in primary nav; admins see lock-with-CTA → Upgrade to Full emPOWER.
• Authed bridge copy may say Open in full emPOWER / Open emPOWER web — that is navigation, not a purchase.

Billing & seats

• Buy and adjust seats on the web; Android is login/consumption only (no IAP for org seats).
• Expect GST tax invoices on web B2B checkout.

Downloads

• Prefer Google Play when the listing is live (store title: PUNCH - Attendance, HR + Tasks).
• TEST / sideload builds are distributed by sales contact only.
• Do not expect APKs on the BPG ERP App Downloads page unless the founder explicitly enables that channel.
